5. Financing

Marcal Pro may provide links or access to financing options offered by independent third-party providers, including Upgrade.

Financing approval, interest rates, loan amounts, repayment terms, credit decisions, fees, and other financing conditions are established by the financing provider and not by Marcal Pro unless expressly stated otherwise.

Visiting or applying through a third-party financing provider subjects you to that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, eligibility requirements, and lending conditions.

Marcal Pro does not guarantee financing approval or any specific financing terms.

6. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

The Marcal Pro SMS Program may send text messages to customers and prospective customers who voluntarily provide their mobile telephone number and explicitly opt in to receive SMS communications.
